Welcome! If you have already been certified by The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD), and have previously been added to The Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities (FCBDD) Vendor database, but seek assistance with compliance and/or recertification to continue, or  to begin, providing DODD Waiver and/or Non-Waiver services, please select from the categories below for instructions on updating:

(1) I need to maintain ongoing training and compliance standards with DODD Rules and procedures.

What is Provider Compliance?

  • Implies a primary concern with the exercises of rules and regulations, to include, but not be limited to: training, service documentation, and reporting,
  • It is a system of policies and procedures developed to assure compliance with, and conformity to, all applicable federal and state laws governing the organization.

(2) I need to renew my DODD Individual Options (I.O.), Level I, or S.E.L.F. Waiver Provider Certification, in accordance with Rule.

What is Certification Renewal?

DODD Waiver Provider Certifications are time-limited, and granted for a term determined by The DODD not to exceed three years.  If you have been Certified for more than one year, you will need to recertify at some point.

  • Renewal certifications issued subsequent to the effective date of the October 1, 2009 Certification Rule shall be for a term of three years.
